displayed. if cutomer agrees on the amount he must

Terminal
communicates with the bank, then receipt is printed.
When transaction is approved the terminal will display "APPROVED". |

| NOTE |
1. Ask
for customer's signature on the receipt and confirm it
with signed one on his card.
2. In case of Visa or Master card, POS may request for select
language, without a need for a password.
3. On successful, POS will print two copies of the receipt, one
for merchant and one for the customer. |

all KNET card transactions, the customers should not be requested
to sign on the receipt |
| NOTE: If the terminal consistently
fails to read a customer's card, the transaction cannot proceed. An
alternative method of payment should be requested and the customer
advised to contact his bank and have the card checked. Should the
terminal continuously fail to successfully read all cards contact the
KNET service help desk. |
